Terms of service

Last updated: 2026-09-29

Who we are

DVLCE (“we”, “us”) is the brand name of Yuval Olsha, a Toronto-based producer and audio/video engineer. These terms cover this website, our beats and services, and our YouTube channels. By using them you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

Beats and licences

  • Every beat is produced by DVLCE, and DVLCE owns all rights to it.
  • Free tagged downloads are for non-profit use only, with credit “(prod. dvlce)”.
  • Commercial use needs a paid lease. What each lease allows is set out on the licences page, which forms part of these terms.

Bookings and payments

  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
  • Prices are in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise.

Accounts

Keep your sign-in details private. You can download or delete your data at any time, as described in the privacy policy. We may suspend an account that is used for abuse or fraud.

YouTube

  • We publish videos on our own channels, Dvlce (@dvlce_music) and The BASEment Recording Studio (@thebasementrecordingstudio).
  • We use YouTube API Services, through an internal tool run only by us, to upload and manage videos on those channels. The tool is not offered to anyone else. How it handles data is set out in the privacy policy.
  • By watching or interacting with our YouTube content you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.

Content and conduct

The site, its music, video, text and design belong to DVLCE unless stated otherwise. Do not copy, resell or re-upload them except as a licence allows. Do not attempt to disrupt the site or access data that is not yours.

Liability

The site and free downloads are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service concerned.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. We may update them; the date above shows the latest version.
